Job Posting: Commission-Based Sales Representative – EzeLuxe
Position: Sales Representative (Commission-Based) Location: Remote/In-Person (Hybrid)
Compensation: Per lead + Commission on signed clients for 3 months

We’re looking for driven sales professionals to help us generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. If you’re a self-motivated closer who thrives on commission-based earnings, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and generate new leads for our cleaning and moving services.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Maintain relationships with clients during their first 3 months.
Compensation Structure:
✅ Per Lead Payment
✅ Commission-Based Earnings:
- Recurring Cleaning Clients : Earn 10% per cleaning for the first 3 months
- One-Time Moving Clients: Earn 5%–10% of the total move cost
✅ Performance Bonuses:
- $250 bonus for signing 5+ recurring clients in a month
- $500 bonus for signing 10+ moving clients in a month
- Extra $100 bonus if a client stays beyond 3 months
Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred)
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, French is a strong asset)
✔️ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
