The condo is in a quiet zone and is in a tranquil building, it is located on the first floor (15 steps no elevator).
We are located near the local Municipal Market, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, casino, golf, courses and the famous golden sand blue flag beaches of Monte Gordo and the Santo António beach which are bathed by the warm, calm sea, this beach is surrounded by the National Forest which adds shades of green to the landscape and freshens the air with the fragrance of pine trees, it is located at the mouth of the Guadiana River and is just two of several on a continuous 12 km stretch of beaches.
Ayamonte, a city in Spain, is near just across the Guadiana River, separating both countries.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to check-in.
A collateral fee of $500.00 is required at the time of booking and will be refundable 1 week after check-out via e-transfer, minus any damage to the unit, loss, theft or damage of its contents.
