1977 Vangard Camper

Selling for $3500, cash.

Purchased in 2021 (as the 3rd owner) for $4000 as a project. We put about $3000 of materials into it. It still needs about $800-1000 of material labour and some skilled hands.

-no leeks since we have owned it! -no pests, ever -It has had some new Pex lines added for water, but still needs some water line repairs (the previous owner let lines freeze), and the intake line broke last spring. -has a new: electric water heater, high-density foam cushions, and interior paint -grey and black tanks & lines are good The bathroom walls and ceiling were replaced in 2023 due to previous water damage from before our purchase. Further work needs to be done in the bathroom to finish. -Two new vent fans were installed in 2021 -Roof and windows resealed in 2021. -The rear window has a crack and should be replaced, though it is currently without leaks. - one of the slider windows needs replacement glass. -Various other modifications and repairs were made throughout -Gas lines have been disconnected as this was intended to become electric only, though they can be put back into operation. -All electrical parts work except the exterior light (faulty switch likely). -Exterior trims were repaired and resealed in 2022. -The refrigerator works very well. -Sleeps four in the current configuration. -original manuals, wiring diagrams and other documentation included -It will come with various camping items, tools, parts, etc. -very clean! -Sleeping area measurements: 41 x 78" and 24 x 78" as is, 40 x78" wide when extended.
