Family trailer with all the little luxuries. This trailer is 1/2 ton towable with a dry weight of only 5785 Lbs. 28 foot interior and 32 feet from end to end. Sleeps 10 (1 queen bed, 2 double beds, convertible dinette and convertible sofa). Entertainment package including TV and DVD Player. Sound system for inside and out. Newer 19 foot power retractible awning with LED light strip. Aluminum built with fiberglass sidewalls and rubber roof - Roof and skylight replaced in 2021 due to hail damage. 15000 Air conditioner and 35000 BTU Furnace. Tons of storage including front pass through with large doors, underbed storage, 2 closets in bedroom along with overhead storage. Loads of room in the kitchen for pots, pans, small appliances, etc. Dog bowls under 6 cu. ft. fridge. Storage under dinette benchs (fits 5 easily), pantry, closet for bunks, and towel and toiletries storage in the bathroom. Bottom bunk flips up to store bikes/larger items while travelling. Bathroom is huge with a large stand up shower and room to turn around without running into something. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen including a small electric fridge and two burner cooktop with quick attach propane valve.

Comes with 2-20lb propane tanks, 2 brand new 6 volt batteries (July 2024) that will last up to 7 days without charging, 4 brand new tires (July 2024), power jack, outdoor fridge.

Was parked for 4 years and towed for the past 2.5 mainly to interior BC.
