1992 Terry resort travel trailer fifth wheel 26 feet I only had it for one season . I bought something else from a fellow campground member so I’m selling this. The old owners had a few things done to it such as he had resealed the roof and ceiling as there was a water leak a couple years back. There is no signs of a leak anymore . As well as we replaced a few parts. When I had purchased it, it had been stored in a concert over the winters. I don’t know a lot about this trailer as I never really spent a lot of time in it. I only had it for the one season, but everything seems to be working other than the following . All are things that a handyman can fix on his own if he wanted to otherwise he does not need to. Fridge : the fridge has an electricity and a propane setting. I believe I’ve only ever used it on electricity. The fridge works more as a freezer. Even when I put it on the lowest setting, it still seems to freeze everything so you have a very large freezer unless you know how to fix this. I did look it up and you can just pull it out and replace it with a normal mini fridge. I simply just turned the fridge off at night when I was sleeping and only had it on during the day or I would put things outside in my mini fridge. And use the inside fridge as a giant freezer. Air-conditioning unit: the air conditioning unit does work really well there was one day where it cut out, but it was the hottest day of the summer so I wasn’t too surprised. Other than that. I haven’t had any issues with it. Furnace and hot water tank works perfectly fine. Replaced parts for both last season. There is no awning it was removed before I bought it Two times the handle that you pull on the toilet to flush it got stuck forward if it does it continuously flushes which could end up flooding. For this reason, I make sure after I flush I always push it back. There are some signs of the previous leak It was mostly in the bedroom so that that’s where you see it in the ceiling.. this was before me . however the old owners did reseal it and it did go through all last camping season and winter without any leaks so everything seems good to me. There is one outlet in the bedroom that does not work. And possibly one light but I don’t remember. I’ve used the stove, but I’ve never used the oven. I have the battery for it, however we didn’t really use it as we were always hooked up to electricity Has a queen bed in the bedroom Couch and table fold into a bed Tons of storage space Is still up at the campground. You can Google Cottonwood Canyon Campground is near Hillspring Alberta, I’m not able to pull it so I cannot deliver . The pictures are over a year old, so there are some minor differences. I still need to pack up everything and move my stuff out and clean it, but it will be cleaned for whoever takes it . This is cross posted. If you are looking at getting into the campground this is a wonderful little starter trailer . Also has great potential for flipping/ renovation project .
