Hey there! I’m looking for a girl to sublet my room from May 1st-August 31st 2025 for 800/month + utilities. It’s one very large bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor (very little noise). You’d be living with one other person, my lovely and insanely talented musician of a roommate Estelle, who is currently pursuing her education degree at UOttawa. The apartment is an awesome location for a student (273 Wilbrod St) , about a 7min walk from campus, down the street from Happy Goat, and a 5min walk to the grocery store. There is laundry in the building, a large walk-in closet, and a humongous walk-in pantry. I can leave it as furnished as you’d like, (futon, bed+bedding, extra sheets, rug, nightstand, desk, record player +60+ vinyls… etc.).
