This is a monthly rental, but you can rent multiple months at a time. A monthly clean is included if you stay multiple months.
The entire basement floor walk-out (has a ground level entry) of a house (split into 3 apartments), private entrance. comfortable Queen sized bed, sectional couch that can turn into a bed (lumpy but we provide a foam topper), full sized and equipped kitchen.
Right downtown Dartmouth on Myrtle St, close to everything you need, and close to accessing the bridge/ferry into downtown Halifax. Kid's playground just around the corner.
Heated via in-floor heating that you have full control over. Many fans provided for cooling.
The "backyard" is more a parking lot, 1 space is available for you. Quiet and private despite being downtown.
Upstairs is a music studio for 10 months out of the year, it's not super loud it's more a quiet pleasant tinkling of piano or guitar or singing. That also means it's very quiet at night. July and August it's another short term rental. Top floor is a long term tenant, very quiet.
WELL MANNERED pets are ok for a pet fee.
Please note that the rent does increase over the summer months (more demand for shorter term rentals).
