Job Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and experience level.
• Educate customers about different strains, dosages, and safe usage.
• Process sales transactions, handle cash/card payments, and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and legal guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety protocols.
Requirements
• Must be 19+ (or legal age in your province).
• Previous retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge or interest in , wellness, and harm reduction is a plus.
