The job requires some basic technical knowledge of computers. 50% of the time will be at a computer desk inputting and updating customer accounts. The rest of the time will be working first hand with customers providing technical support assistance and selling products in person and over the phone.
Skill Requirements: Good people skills and good with technology.
Language Requirements: Punjabi, English, Hindi
