This room is ideal for Sheridan College students at the Oakville Trafalgar campus. International students are welcome! The room can be occupied by only one person. Please reach out with details about yourself. The minimum stay is from May to September, with a preference given to those staying from May to April.
The house is located in Oakville, Ontario, just a 5–10 minute walk from Sheridan College, White Oaks School, and various local high schools (both public and private). Downtown Toronto is a 30-minute train ride away, and the GO train station is easily accessible by a short bus ride.
The room will be available starting April 25, 2025. It comes fully furnished with a bed, night table, desk lamp, desk, chair, dresser, and a large closet. You will share a shower with two other international students (both male). Wireless Internet is included. Laundry facilities are available for an additional fee.
The student area includes a common space and a separate kitchen for students, equipped with a kettle, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, induction cooktop, cutlery, toaster, and more.
Price: 1000 CAD every 4 weeks, payable every 4 weeks. The minimum term is for May-September. Laundry and dryer fees apply.
Please note: Absolutely no smoking in the house. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
