Nous sommes un couple de jeunes professionnel habitant la même bâtisse et nous cherchons des locataires sympathiques et respectueux par ex. aux études ou en début/milieu de carrière afin de partager les coûts. Pas d’animaux acceptés car allergies, non-fumeur.

Près du Campus Gabrielle-Roy et très bonne connexion au transport en commun vers le centre-ville d’Ottawa, marché by et l’université d’Ottawa (≈30 minutes autobus, ≈10 minutes voiture). Bien connecté également au réseau de pistes cyclables et une place de stationnement est disponible. Épicerie et commerces situés environ à 10 minutes à pied.

We are two young professionals living in the same building, and we are looking for friendly and respectful tenants, e.g. students or someone at the start / mid-career to share the costs. Non-smoker, no pet accepted because of allergies.

We are close to the Gabrielle-Roy Campus. There are several very good connections to downtown Ottawa, Byward market and the University of Ottawa (≈30 minutes by bus, ≈10 minutes by car). We are also well connected to cycle paths. If required a parking space is available. Grocery stores and shops are located about 10 minutes by foot.
