You would share this 3 bedroom house near downtown toronto in Leslieville/ south riverdale with me and my 8 year old daughter and my small Italian greyhound dog, We go away for 2 months at a time in the summer and winter so someone responsible who can help with the dog while I am away is needed. (other people are helping with the dog too so its not just you) This is a mid-sized furnished room new carpet and big windows. There is a desk, dresser and large single bed. You will share the kitchen, living room and bathroom. (so a clean person is necessary) The price of $ 925 is all inclusive with; high speed unlimited wireless internet, cable, heat hydro and there is laundry. The usual cost of a room like this is usually 1250 so its discounted 325 a month for helping to take care of the dog. We leave in the summer and the winter for 2 months so you would have the house to yourself for 1/3rd of the year. It's a 3 minute walk from 24 hour Queen streetcar. The House is also a ten minute bus ride from Pape Subway station. Its located halfway between downtown and the beach in the area known as Leslieville and also call the film district. Its a very good neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and big grocery stores. Its a perfect location for a George Brown student as its 10 minutes away.
