Daily Private Rental Room in the Downtown Toronto (Utilities Included).
My roommate will be outside of Toronto for a while, I'm renting out this room for short term.
For one person $70
For couple $90
The room has an AC, a Double/Full bed and one single guest folding bed, Smart TV 50” 2023, a mini-Fridge, a Table with office Chairs, a Lamp, a Coffee Table, Laptop Stand.
Room has balcony. There is also a table and chairs on the balcony.
The door has a lock.
Room size 143 Sqft (without cabinet and without balcony)
The view from the room is wonderful and the sunset.
The Unit has bell Wi-Fi, dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, tea, coffee, hair dryer and kitchen table with four chairs.
Free Coffee and Tea in the Kitchen.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared.
There is a laundry in the building.
Usually, Check-in after 3 pm and check-out before 12 noon.
A security deposit of $50 will be refunded upon check-out.
*It is recommended to pay a deposit to make the reservation.
Additionally; a one-time cleaning fee of $5 for each person checking out.
No smoking in the unit!
No visitors allowed!
