From ground to upper seat the adjustable height (with current shaft) measures from 33 1/2 to 38 inches ( 84 to 95 cms).
12 speeds, seems to be 27 inch wheels/tires, all is original (even tires) exept handlebars, which was changed many years ago (all expensive parts, no china parts here!) . Was an expensive bike when I bought it some 30 + years ago
