Unique antique gardening tool - early 1900s

Offering for sale a really unique antique gardening tool. Iron fork and shove/trowell that can swivel position by engaging the spring on the shaft to switch into three different positions. The shaft is made of iron with wooden handle. The head tool is all iron. Note that the small shovel/ trowel looks to have been broken across middle at some point and was likely soldered back together. This is more of a display piece for someone who is an avid gardener and/or collector. I've never seen this type of tool before - perhaps even a one of a kind. Have a mother that loves antiques and gardens? Maybe this would be a great gift! Asking $45 or best offer.
