Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee and ensure the completion of critical projects at a unique property measuring 250 feet x 750 feet. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable combining property management skills with a hands-on approach to project oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for both performing property checks and managing the installation of various infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities Property Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular and thorough property checks to secure and maintain the property in optimal condition. Project Oversight: Oversee or directly perform the following installation tasks: Driveway installation Fence installation Gate installation Sign installation Contractor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and contractors, ensuring that all projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and progress, ensuring that all work is completed within budgetary constraints. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that installation projects and property upgrades comply with local Ontario regulations and safety protocols, maintaining all necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements Experience: Proven experience in property management, construction project oversight, or a related field. Prior experience in coordinating contractor work and managing property improvements is highly desirable. Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach Education: A high school diploma is required; additional education in property management, real estate, or construction management is an asset. Physical Requirements: Ability to conduct on-site inspections and work in various weather conditions. Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with local Ontario property regulations is preferred. A track record of successful project completions and effective team coordination.
