Selling on behalf of a friend with disability issues. Has less than 30 Km on it.
The Handle folds down, but it sometimes jams and is difficult to bring back up. Hence the low asking price of $350.
Great deal if you can live with not folding the handle down when not in use. Other scooters may be cheaper, but are they the same quality? Do they have Cruse Control or Regenerative Braking or ABS(anti lock braking) and Disc Brakes?

RE: eABS Regenerative Anti-Lock Braking System
Normally when you brake, the load is on the Front wheel with little load on the Rear and brake torque could end up locking the Rear wheel, making the scooter very unstable. With eABS installed, the Wheelspeed Scooter has the ability to utilize the drive motor to apply braking torque, without risking rear tire lock while at the same time recapturing energy from braking. The system also helps reduce stopping time and distance while maintaining lateral stability, all without requiring any additional effort from the rider.
