We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping businesses reach their full potential.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Possess knowledge of business registration processes and other legal requirements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape. Build relationships with reputable franchisors. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners. Manage client databases and handle marketing and promotional emails. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align business development initiatives with company objectives. Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and expand professional connections. Implement the business registration process and refine business strategies based on the founder’s vision. Leverage knowledge of Amazon, Shopify, and other online platforms and marketplaces to optimize business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans. Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
