Leather top Gallery Rail Davenport Desk Workstation Makes a great laptop or writing desk A walnut davenport, more specifically.. a ship Captain's desk. With lift-up compartment to a fitted interior small gallery. Original old worn tooled leather top. Spindle trim, lots of etched out and decorative trims, a bank of 3 side drawers to right side (one broken handle, included). First picture was taken with the protective plastic in place (sorry) The hinged desktop opens to reveal one center pigeonhole flanked by a drawer and shelve on either side. The desk sits upon fixed panels with inlaid herringbone like trim. In keeping with its ship history and typical placement center of room, back is plain but finished, nice enough to be seen. Resting on feet with casters. Lacks a Key. Dimensions in inches: 34h x 28w x 21d Condition: Signs of age are evident including wear and tears to the leather, nicks and scratches.
