Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients
Duties:
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation standards
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and products
Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience
Handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries
Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure repeat business
Requirements:
Proven experience in hair styling with a valid cosmetology license
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients
Knowledge of sanitation practices in the salon environment
Ability to effectively upsell products and services while maintaining client satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
Experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to manage front desk tasks efficiently while multitasking in a busy salon environment

Pay: $20.00 per hour + commission structure
