The cabomba plant provides excellent shelter, aesthetics( has a purplish/pink coulour on the tips and underside of leaves ) and feeds on nitrates, ammonia and nitrates that are in your water column . This stem plant can be floated or planted in substrate . I don’t use cO2 and it grows great ! 10$ will get you 4 stems at least 6” tall .
