1999 7.3 power stroke non waste gated turbo. Poor man's turbo upgrade to the 7.3. has a bigger Turbine and I have a Riff Raff compressor wheel and upgrades rebuild kit to go with it. Needs to be assembled with the new parts. Can support much more HP and higher boost levels. Rare to find.
