What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising and working alongside the roofing crew to ensure top-quality workmanship.
Coordinating daily tasks, managing materials, and keeping projects on schedule.
Communicating with project manager, and customers as needed.
Enforcing safety regulations and procedures (because nobody wants an injury on site!).
Training and mentoring team members to help them grow in the trade.

What You Need to Apply:
4+ years of roofing experience (foreman/supervisory experience preferred).
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
