We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Finisher to join our construction team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality interior finishing tasks, ensuring that all work meets our standards of excellence and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Drywall finishing – Taping, mudding, and sanding drywall joints to a smooth surface for painting.
2. Painting and coating – Applying paint, stain, or protective coatings to walls, ceilings, and sometimes exterior surfaces.
3. Flooring installation – Laying tiles, vinyl, hardwood, or carpet.
4. Trim and millwork – Installing baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings, and other finish carpentry details.
5. Surface cleanup – Ensuring all areas are clean and ready for handover, including removal of construction debris.
6. Minor touch-ups – Repairing scratches, dents, or imperfections in walls, cabinetry, or finishes.
7. Fixture installation – Installing light fixtures, door hardware, wall panels, or other finishing components.
8. Quality checks – Inspecting work to ensure it meets design and safety standards.
Interior Finishers must possess a keen eye for detail, proficiency with various tools, and the ability to interpret design plans. Their work is crucial in delivering a polished and functional interior space that meets both aesthetic and safety requirements.
