A private management company seeking an assistant to manage the daily operations of its Montreal office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrate strong organization, communication, and decision-making skills. They should be conscientious, flexible, reliable, and punctual. Strong writing, analytical, and organizational abilities are required, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
• College Diploma minimum
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Professional writing skills.
• Advanced English and Bilingualism (French) is required
• Must have a Quebec driver’s licence and posses a vehicle
