Agos Property Management Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Part-Time Cleaner** with additional **light landscaping responsibilities**. Position Title:
Part-Time Cleaner (with Light Landscaping Duties)
Location:
Multiple residential and commercial properties across the Ottawa area.
**Must have own vehicle** and valid driver’s license
Position Type:
Part-Time (10–20 hours/week to start, flexible scheduling)

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of common areas, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and vacant units
- Perform in unit cleaning for tenant's signed up for our in-house cleaning services.
- Garbage removal and waste sorting where applicable
- Seasonal outdoor maintenance, including sweeping, weeding, light raking, and tidying entryways
- Conduct basic inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain supply inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
- Occasionally assist with unit turnovers and deep cleans

Requirements:
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset
- Comfortable with light outdoor work (spring/summer/fall)
- Reliable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- **Must have own vehicle** to travel between properties
- Basic tools and cleaning supplies are an asset (mileage and supply reimbursement available)
