Description
The team at Sherwood Motorcars would like to welcome you to our dealership based in Sherwood Park, where we’re confident we can find your dream car. We specialize in selling luxury, exotic, and classic vehicles to clients locally and internationally.
This '69 Nova is a serious performer with street manners and track-ready hardware, brought to life through a meticulous ground-up restoration. At its heart is a monster MAST Motorsports 7.4L LSX GM Crate V8, packed with aluminum heads, a roller cam, and forged internals. Feeding the beast is a GM LS acoustic intake system with a 102mm throttle body, serpentine belt setup, and a custom cold air intake.
Exhaling through ceramic-coated headers into a full 3 exhaust with an X-pipe and Flowmaster mufflers, it sounds every bit as wild as it looks. An aluminum radiator, twin electric fans, and aluminum water pump keep the powerhouse cool under pressure.
Power is transferred through a GM 4L60E 4-speed automatic with a high-performance converter and B&M floor shifter, to a rebuilt GM 10-bolt rear end with 3.73 Posi gears and a custom driveshaft. The underpinnings feature tubular control arms, front coilovers, rear leafs, sway bar, and Wilwood front and rear disc brakes for confident handling and stopping power.
Inside, the cabin blends race-inspired upgrades with vintage flair. New black vinyl racing buckets pair with the original rear seat (now reupholstered). The dash, gauges, and radio remain mostly untouched for a raw, period-correct look, now enhanced with lower-mounted AutoMeter gauges and a Grant steering wheel. New carpet, sill plates, door panels, and chrome hardware freshen up the cabin, while the original headliner and glass keep its nostalgic character.
Outside, the car wears a slick custom paint job in Mulsanne Blue with bold black Yenko SYC stripes and a 2 cowl hood. All panels, including the body, fenders, quarters, and rockers, have been fully restored. Complementing the aggressive stance are 18 black and billet aluminum wheels wrapped in high-performance radials. New chin spoiler, inner fenders, and SS trim pieces round out the look, while updated lighting brings modern function to classic form.
Underneath, you'll find a solid, original frame reinforced with new sub-frame connectors, a stock GM fuel tank with in-tank electric pump, and all-new fuel and brake lines --- all part of this clean and well-executed resto-mod transformation.
A true driver's muscle car --- fast, loud, raw, and built to turn heads and burn rubber.
