2010 honda civic fully loaded EXL 232K KM

*Windows tinted not shown in pictures * Selling my 2010 honda civic EXL sedan its the 1.8l engine very fuel efficent and good long running engines . my civic only has 238 k km and is the EXL which is leather heated seats ,sunroof ,remote trunk pop , basically all the option you can get on a honda civic . im asking $4500 which i think is very fair concidering the year the km and condition . leather interior is mint condition no rips or tears im a non smoker so never smoked in and no pets . car is very clean inside good smelling . these honda civic 1.8l paired with manual transmission is the ultimate in fuel efficency . minor rust here and there but nothing substantial. Exhaust is complete the muffler fell off afew years back so a shop just put a pipe on it so has slight sporty sound.my uncle passed away and left me his car or else i would honestly keep this civic i depend on it for work and it has never let me down i am selling it as is however i do get a safety about the beggining of every year as i have depended on it for work and didnt want to be left stranded missing work.it always passed safety with no issues . have done minor repairs over the time of having it such as wearable things like balljoints brakes filters fluids etc. Text messages are best 2898144312.
