2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT Limited

What's up Kijiji, The time has come for me to put up my pride & joy for possibly sale, but I'm testing waters for now. This will be a very detailed AD, so if you don't like long yawn stories look somewhere else, as I want this to go to a true Subaru enthusiast & not just some kid who'll romp the launch control set at 5500rpm. This is my 2005 Legacy 2.5GT. Wrapped in 3M Gloss Black Rose done by a very good friend of mine, no corners were cut in the installation, took him a week. Underneath is a new paint job done by the previous owner (Andre), Obsidian Black Pearl (OBP). . Under the hood goodies - Stage 2 Tune • EJ255 rebuilt - Petro 94 Tuned by Andy at Neetronics • STi Internals & Injectors • Newer VF52 when I purchased the car (3K on it at the time) • COBB Accessport V3, SF Intake & Cover box • Go Fast Bits Atmospheric BOV • Invidia divorced downpipe • Perrin Up-pipe & Turbo Heat shield • MagnaFlow 3in dual exhaust • Grimmspeed TMIC & Electronic Boost Controller Solenoid • Cosworth Gasket kit • Koyo Aluminum Rad • Mishimoto Rad hoses 308whp - 310awtq - 19lbs of Bwaa Pssh Exterior • 3M Gloss Black Rose Wrap • Yakima Roof Rack + fairing, basket & bike mount • Rota Grids 18x9.5 +38 • Hankook Ventus Evo V12 - 235/40/R18 • Rolled Fenders Front & Rear • EBC Front Slotted Rotors • HAWK HPS pads (Front & Rear) • Swift Lowering Springs • Rally Armour Mud Flaps (Black on Red) • Hella Super Tone horn (Orange colour fading) • 6K HIDs / Yellow wrap on fog lights Interior - Everything included in a Limited sedan. No Rips or tears on the drivers seat. • MOMO leather steering wheel • Leather, heated, power seats • Heated Mirrors & Wipers blades (Yaass) • Needle Sweep Cluster • Sunroof - still fully functional • LED Map & dome light with self dimming • Power Windows These are ALL the major/minor services done during MY ownership. Maintenance done by either me, TOUGETUNING or my Mechanic (known since High School & I only trust him with my cars). No particular order but all the years are listed. • June 2024 - NGK spark plugs and NGK Coil packs - (properly gapped & installed by me). Runs great. • Nov 2024 - Always did my own oil changes. Recent one at Downtown Subaru. Advisor did not see anything wrong with the car. • June 2018 - Brakes - Rims (Got/Done Brakes done by me & Tires done by Tires23) • Newer JDM Legacy 2.0GT 5spd (Less than 100k) from Global JDM in Brampton - Trans Code: TY757VBBAB. The original trans (BCAB), center diff went & is apparently a poo-poo 05 LGT Trans, however, the BBAB, BAAB were the good batch. • May 2019 - Exedy Stage 1 Clutch & Single Mass Flywheel (JDM Tranny & Clutch installed by TOUGETUNING) • July 2019 New Security Module & AC Recharge, mine went & prevented power to the ignition and starter, AC wasn't cold. - (Done by my mechanic) • March 2018 - Valve Cover Seals & Right Front CV Axle - Seals leaked hot oil onto right CV Axle, tore the boot & sent grease to the down pipe. Eventually the CV axle was clanking because of no grease. (Done by my Mechanic ) • July 2018 - New battery, Alternator & belts (Done by me) • Sept 2017 - Coolant leak by turbo (newer hose - done by TOUGETUNING) Some maintenance that should be taken into consideration after a ownership transfer • **UPDATE Dec/2024 - heater + AC still work, but the fan speed sensor does not work, so it blows at level 6. Haha. • **UPDATE Dec/2024 - car wrap is showing age on the hood, still looks great in the summer. • Small sweating of oil on the block, never got around to seeing why • quarters showing bubbling, near front side of the rear wheels • Front brakes need replacing. Considering doing it, if asking price met - (EBC slotted rotors again + EBC red stuff) • There's probably more, but haven't got around to checking. This is the best to my knowledge about my car & I’m prob one of the few people who will give you a full breakdown of what I’m selling you. The car is almost 20 years old, so don’t expect a perfect car. It turns on, brakes & all that no problem. I’ve fixed all or most issues for the next person to enjoy. Other than that, she's been a great car the past 9+ years of ownership. No expense was spared, I only the bought best for my Suby. NO Christmas Lights/CEL on the dash. Pulls hard, turns heads. 365,XXXkms on the clock. Don't let this intimidate you, drives amazing for its year and KMs. Car hasn’t left me stranded. No test pilots
