Description

2011 WRX Base 258kms

It's parked in the visitor parking of 773 Glenmore if you want to drive past and take a look.

Selling it because I want to buy a Forester for my daughter to drive.

Clean title.

Engine and transmission stuff: Process West Cold Air Intake. Process West TMI. 30perc extra capacity Mishi Radiator. GFB Bypass valve. 3inch exhaust from the block back: - Grimm up pipe - Invidia catted downpipe - xForce Cat Back ATC clutch, under 20k Steet Lightweight ATC flywheel (I love it). Front and rear oil seals replaced.this is an expensive job. Spark plugs are under 20k old. All coilpacks replaced last year, 2024. TSW skid pan. Cobb Access port included. - It's tuned for stage 2 and I never boost it over 5400rpm.flat foot shift set at 5400rpm. - 91 and 94 tune available. - I usually drive it on 91 then occasionally have some fun on 94. Its been stage 2 for 4 years and I've never had an issue. - I haven't dyno'd it because I wanted something to daily and I wanted to keep it healthy. - you are welcome to get a compression test done. No fuel changes, never had a big turbo, ONLY airflow mods to keep the engine safe. All fluids up to date. Oil changed on the 11th May. 2 keys and fobs.

Suspension and handling: Bc racing coilovers. Installed 2023. Whiteline 20mm sway bars front and rear. Factory 17 inch rims Tires have under 5k on them with equivalent alignment. 4 x Rally Armour mud guards included, black. Front brakes replaced last year. Entire front end assembly replaced 3 Years ago..because I wanted to, not because of an accident. I like to fiddle. No. Not that kind. All hubs have been replaced. 3 of the 4 brake assemblies have been replaced.

Exterior: Sti front bumper. Hood has been repainted and has 3M protector tape. Paint gets a 4-part wax, twice a year. New wipers. Diode Dynamics Fog Lights. HED headlights for full beam. Ummmm. There is one STI badge on it but it's because that's the only side fender I could get and I haven't replaced the badge. Rear wiper delete but I have all the hardware still. It's not a big deal without it and looks much cleaner.

Interior: Panasonic head deck. I have the original factory stereo as well. JbL speakers. Wired for a sub. All doors and the rear end of the car are soundproofed using killmat, 80 coverage. Air Conditioning redone last year. 1500, don't underestimate the benefit. The interior is stock except for the center console color. I think the black looks better. Winter mats included.

Cons I've done everything i can to keep the rust at bay but theere is some around the rear quarter panels. It can be fixed. A2D will do it. Alternatively checkeck out Fenderist, they have some pretty cool body kits, I'm just too old for that. The guy before me did prang the front right corner. You can tell that by the gap between the front right fender and the bumper...and yes, you lied to me Cedric. It has miles on it. BUT I change the oil every 5000k. No leaks. The front doors have rust in them and need replacing eventually but its not visible from the outside. I drove under the underground parking and my bike fell and hit the side of the sill. My snowboarding pants have ripped the drivers seat a bit. The front bumper is a bit untidy. Rims could do with a touch up based on life.

I honestly think this is a great vehicle for someone who can live with or fix it's imperfections. If Cedric ...yes, I have beef with Cedric...had taken care of it like I do, it would be immaculate. I've owned it for 7 years.

If I kept it I don't anticipate any maintenance outside of oil in the next 12 months. If it's looked after the engine will last a long time and if it's not abused I think the transmission is still solid. If I had the skill-set, I would fix the rust, replace the doors, wrap it and keep it. But I don't.

Other boring buying stuff:

I'm realistic about what the car is, and is not, and I'm reasonable.

I will take the right offer for a ride along. Insurance won't cover you binning it.
