Brakes in great condition: - Front rotors and pads are replaced a few years back - Brembo rotor with Honda OEM pads - Rear rotors and pads are brand new - Brembo rotors and Brembo pads

Tires - Continental TrueContact - lots of thread left

Transmission fluid changed ~ 2 years ago

Engine has no issues - being running synthetic oil for the last few years

AC recharged professionally last year and works great

Battery replaced ~ 2020 with Costco Kirkland battery - connected to battery maintainer when the car was not driven

Interior in great condition - no tear on leather seat - a few pillar trim covers are a bit loose

Minor things:

- a small dent on passenger side rocker panel from underneath - driver side door seal is a bit loose (might be due to wear)
