Selling by owner 2012 Honda Civic LX. Maintenance of the car has always been a priority (including regular synthetic oil changes, fluids and filters), as well as: New radiator and AC unit replaced in May 2025. Left Outer Tie Rod replaced in June 2024. Right front sway bar, front sway bar link and right outer tie rod replaced in Aug 2023. New battery (from Honda dealership) in June 2021. Brake shoes and drums (rear) replaced in May 2020. Both rear shocks replaced in June 2018. Comes with a set of winter tires (on rims) complimentary. Clean from accident and has normal wear and tear. Over all the car is great.
