2008 BMW X5 (Motor)

Good morning, I have a used motor from a 2008 BMW X5 available for sale. It is a 4.8L engine with 109,000 km. This motor was purchased from Capital New & Used in Edmonton, and I have the original receipt and the last 8 digits of the VIN. I initially purchased this engine as a replacement for an X5 that was diagnosed with a cracked engine block. However, it turned out that the original engine was repairable, making this purchase premature on my part. I am looking to try and recuperate the amount I paid for it.
