2007 Nissan Versa Automatic Hatchback

Indoor parked year-round, our car is reliable and runs great. The only recent problem the vehicle has had, was 2 years ago the battery wasn't holding a charge however the battery was replaced and no issues since. The oil has been changed regularly before a large trip minimum 1-2 times a year with fluids checked and refilled regularly as needed, however we only drive anywhere (in-town or highway) 3-5 times a year so it isn't the most practical for us to keep paying to park and insure a vehicle we don't need and rarely use.
