2011 Buick Regal CXL- needs work

LOW BALL OFFERS WILL BE IGNORED Interior in excellent condition This was my mother's car, dealership and other service records will be provided, Manual and original brochure provided, one key works, other key is worn but works battery needed. I drove it for 4yrs. Well maintained, otherwise in good shape, catalytic converter replaced 4yrs ago, restinator 1yr ago, recent oil change, brakes good, all weather tires good,a/c works. non smoker. **NOTE needs subframe replaced, my mechanic quoted between $2-3k.
