Mechanic Special - 2010 F-150 5.4l XLT 4x4 - NEEDS NEW OR USED ENGINE.
This is a mechanic special 2010 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew 5.5' box.
The truck requires a new/used engine as the original engine was seriously damaged due to timing chain failure causing damage to heads/Cams, phasers and assuming pistons and cylinders are damaged as metal shavings are in the pan and heads. Local shop has also confirmed it needs a new engine.
Truck interior is in great shape with after market heated seats, backup camera rearview mirror, etc.
Truck tires are new (paid $1800 from Cal Tire) Nokian Outback AT on the original chrome rims.
Includes Backflip box cover.
There are manual airbags installed on the rear suspension for towing. Adjust with air pump.
Transmission, suspension, etc was all working great when engine failure occurred. There is some rust on the bottom panels.
