Honda Odyssey 2010 EX-L minivan with DVD and backup camera

We are selling our Honda Odyssey 2010 EX-L which has well served as our family van for the past 5 years. We are the 2nd owners of this van. Back in 2020, when we got it, it had 319,000 km. We will be as thorough as we can in describing its condition. First, the cons: 1. Please take note that the previous owner replaced the dashboard display assembly. The van currently has 417,000 km to it, but dashboard shows only 217,000 km. 2. The battery light may at times come on as a result of a faulty sensor (very rare). But battery was replaced in December 2023 by AMA and alternator is still good based on the last reading. 3. TPMS light is on (sensor/batteries need replacing or reprogramming perhaps). 4. Some cosmetic wear (with aging) — rust spots, dents, scratches, windshield crack. 5. Right sliding door acts up when opening and closing (a common issue with Honda Odyssey regardless the generation). It will still open and close but need to press the switch again. 6. Shocks / struts need work but our mechanics both said it's still safe to drive and the engine is overall in clean and good condition. And for the pros: Repairs done throughout the years: 1. Brakes and rotors (front and back) - cost us $609, done by Zack Auto Truck in August 2021 2. Power steering line - $300 Timing belt - $650 Done by A-an of Centre Street Auto in October 2021 O2 sensor - $350 By A-an of Centre Street Auto in February 2022 3. Tire rods and sway bar links + wheel alignment - $720 By Zack Auto Truck in July 2025 4. Oil changes were done at Centre Street Auto and Zack Auto Truck for the past 5 years. We have receipts from Zack Auto Truck but NOT from A-an of Centre Street Auto. NO hail damage. The van is still in ACTIVE status. It comes with summer tires and is currently on winter tires as we had the winter tires swapped in when the wheel alignment was recently done in preparation for the fall. Being an EX-L model, this is an 8-seater that features leather seats, sunroof and a DVD player for entertainment. It also has a backup camera that is connected to the rearview mirror and a trailer hitch. It has power sliding doors, power tailgate, and a large cargo as the 3rd row folds flat. First owner was a lady, and since we had it in 2020, it's been lady-driven as well. The price reflects all points stated above. We did our best to be as transparent with the van's condition. We believe this van is still good to serve its next owners for many more years following the right maintenance schedule. It has served us well, but we have another vehicle to use, so this must go. This is a perfect vehicle for a growing family needing a lot of space but working within a budget. All we have is the carfax from 2020 when we got it. It had 319k km back then and we have receipts of the repairs done as stated above from Zack.
