Wanted: WANTED: Someone with Auto-body repair experience

WANTED: Someone with Auto-body repair experience... Looking for someone with experience in auto-body repair to do a minor repair on a Mobility Scooter front end. I have the missing piece that broke off, I just need to reattach the small piece of fender, and have filler applied and sanded to make like new. :-) Looking to have this done CHEAP!!!! If you have the tools and a home garage then great! I am also looking for anyone who is a licensed mechanic to do a couple of minor repairs on a Dodge Grand Caravan. Please HELP....
