I am looking for a room or bachelor to rent for October 1st, ideally in the highlands ,capilano or whyte ave area. Can afford up to 500-700 a month. I have a steady income, I do not smoke or do drugs. I don’t socialize a lot , so I am an excellent candidate for a roommate as I live quiet, clean and content. I am more than willing to take care of house work, yard work. I love kids and i don’t mind animals. I would love to have yard space , as I do love to be out side.
